The project was built on top of an already high-performing e-commerce system shaped by marketing experiments and A/B testing.
My role was to refine the visual language and elevate the brand feel without disrupting conversion-optimized patterns already validated by data.
Using insights from analytics and heatmaps, we identified key high-traffic sections and focused on improving clarity, hierarchy, and visual impact in those areas.
The work centered on:
- improving typographic system and readability
- creating more elegant and fashion-oriented visual compositions
- enhancing product presentation while preserving familiar user flows
- balancing brand perception with conversion-focused elements
