Outcome
The result is a clean, structured, and design-led e-commerce experience that reflects the brand’s focus on quality, materials, and global design collaboration.

The project also extended beyond the website into print and social media, helping create a more consistent visual presence across digital and offline touchpoints.
Project scope
  • Website design from scratch
  • Exploration of multiple visual directions
  • Core e-commerce flow design, including product listing pages, product detail pages, filtering, designers and material pages
  • Clean and structured UI for e-commerce
  • Responsive desktop and mobile design
  • Drawing of line-based illustrations
  • Printed catalog design
  • Social media visuals
Approach
The project began with exploring several visual directions, including more Nordic-inspired, minimal layouts and different color variations. The selected direction leaned towards a clean, architectural style with strong emphasis on layout, spacing, and typography.

To support this direction, I introduced a system of custom line-based illustrations inspired by architectural drawings and blueprints. The overall visual language balances warm product photography with a neutral, minimal UI, allowing materials, textures, and forms to take the lead.

Special attention was given to creating a balance between a functional e-commerce layout and a more editorial, design-led presentation.
Mansa (mansafurniture.com) is a Panama-based furniture brand working with designers and manufacturers from around the world, focusing on high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and global design influences.

The goal of the project was to create a clean, modern e-commerce experience. The website was designed from scratch, starting with multiple visual concepts and directions. Based on the selected approach, the final design focused on clarity, structure, and a refined, architectural aesthetic.
